Can you believe Christmas is nearly here again? It will soon be time for presents, pantos, pouring rain and a little pampering! The seasons appear to come round quicker than ever – or does it just seem that way for those of us in the Autumn of our lives! Whatever the reason, it is a fact that 2010 is almost over.
Even though the unusual weather patterns are affecting people the World over, enjoy this pre-Christmas period and all it has to offer. Autumn is a time of golden falling leaves, crisp (if a little chilly!) bright mornings, spectacular sunsets, roasting chestnuts, bonfires and late blooming flowers. It is a great time to give yourself a boost and prepare for the onset of Winter.
